The first night I spent here with a friend ... and it was very cold!
You enter from the outside to a small entryway / hall. Off this hall are four doors. One to the toilet and gas water heater (that takes an hour to heat), and another to the sink and shower room. A third door leads to the largest bedroom that is not occupied. If you continue straight ahead you enter the living room.
The living room is fairly cozy and I keep it as warm as possible! (notice the heater in the top right-hand corner) Just off to the left before the dining room is the kitchen and behind the camera the other bedroom.
The flat is situated very near the city center and I have many friends nearby. Also there is a food market directly below me that I stop by almost every other day! From my kitchen window I can see the peaks of the city mosque and I hear the "Call to prayer" atleast once a day. This is an ever-present reminder that I am far from home, but never alone in my mission here!
Your flat is SO cute friend! Do you have a roommate? I miss you lots and SO wish I could come visit you right now, give you a big bear hug and stay in your guest bedroom. :) It was good talking to you the other day. Thinking of and lifting you up today!
ReplyDeleteThanks friend! I was so glad to hear your voice the other day too! No ... no roommate; tried to find one, but no takers. It gets lonely at times, but that encourages me to have even more visitors!
